Alliance Distributors Holding Inc. (ADTR.PK) is a leading wholesale distributor of video games, video game hardware, accessories and DVD's. Alliance Distributors has a direct relationship with Sony Computer Entertainment America Inc. ("Sony").  We are also direct distributors for approximately 75 third-party vendors (including Electronic Arts Inc., Take Two Interactive Software, Inc. and THQ Inc.) of accessories and software for video games.

Having direct relationships with these manufactures helps to insure a consistent supply of the newest and most sought after software titles, hardware and accessories. Alliance's inventory is one of the largest in the video game industry with over 5000 SKU's.

Our New York office occupies 26,000 square foot. Of that 26,000 square feet, 4,000 is showroom, 4,000 is offices and the remainder (18,000 sq. ft) is warehouse space. We utilize our showroom to display and sell products directly to our customers who live in the tri-state area. Having the warehouse and showroom in the same location makes it much easier to control inventory and provide better service to this customers. Products are either picked up directly by the customer from our showroom or delivered by one of our three delivery vehicles or through a third party courier UPS or FedEx.

In 2006 we also opened a branch office in Miami. This office creates more efficiency in shipping and servicing clients located in certain geographic locations. This office also includes a warehouse, showroom and offices.
